Terms of Service

Find My Auto Repair connects customers with independent repair providers and participating shops. We do not perform repairs. We are not a party to any repair agreement between you and a shop.

Participating shops are independent businesses and are solely responsible for diagnostics, estimates, repairs, parts, warranties, scheduling, licensing, insurance, and final charges. All pricing and work agreements are made directly between the customer and the shop.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a shop will accept it, and we do not promise a specific response time, price, or repair outcome.

You agree the information you submit is accurate and that you consent to be contacted by us and by a matched participating shop about your request. Do not submit false, automated, or abusive submissions; we may block or remove them.

Shop applications are reviewed by an administrator before a shop receives leads. Approved partner shops agree to the referral fee arrangement recorded in their partner dashboard, to handle customer information responsibly, and to contact matched customers promptly and professionally. We may suspend or remove a partner at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find My Auto Repair is not liable for any damages arising out of repair work, parts, warranty disputes, delays, or conduct of any shop or customer. Your remedy for a repair dispute is with the shop that performed the work.
